Pay Range:
$21.00- $35.
- Perform external and internal visual inspections (VT) on pressure vessels, process piping, and structural skids.
- Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
- Inspect fit-up, cutting, and tack welding to ensure fabrication adheres to approved weld procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate weld maps, heat maps, as-built documentation, and inspection logs throughout manufacturing.
- Witness pressure tests, review chart records, and verify calibration certificates for testing equipment.
- Witness Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) tests in accordance with ASME Section IX, AWS D1.

standards.- Prepare welds for Radiographic Testing (RT) and complete NDT inspection lineup documentation.
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and welding gauges for precise layout and final dimensional inspections.
- Identify, document, and manage non-conforming materials (NCRs) and monitor required weld repairs. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of quality control experience in metal fabrication, welding, or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering schematics, welding symbols, and industry code specifications.
- Hands-on experience with VT, MT, and PT inspection techniques and measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with governing standards such as ASME Section IX, AWS D1.
API 1104.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting; strong mathematical skills and professional communication. Benefits
