50 About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to inspecting, testing, and validating tools and equipment following assembly to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections and functional testing of assembled equipment. Verify product conformity against engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. Conduct pressure, mechanical, dimensional, electrical, and functional testing as required for specific products. Operate test equipment, gauges, measurement devices, and data acquisition systems. Review and record test data accurately in quality and manufacturing systems. Identify, document, and report nonconforming products and deviations. Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Ensure all testing activities comply with quality management and safety requirements. Verify calibration status of measurement and test equipment before use. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, assembly, and quality teams to resolve product issues. Conduct final inspections and release products for shipment when acceptance criteria are met. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and process efficiency. Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation. Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Experience in quality inspection, testing, manufacturing, or industrial operations. Working knowledge of quality control principles and inspection techniques. Proficiency with measuring instruments and test equipment. Basic computer skills and experience with quality management systems. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred. Experience in oilfield services, downhole tools, or manufacturing operations. Familiarity with ISO quality systems. Experience with SAP or other manufacturing systems. Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
