Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 126369 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Sand Springs, OK. This is a high-impact role responsible for inspecting, accepting, or rejecting work based on applicable codes, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal Quality Assurance Inspector has a strong background in fabrication quality control, NDE certifications, and code compliance in industrial manufacturing environments. What You ll Be Doing Perform inspections and witness required testing activities Inspect, accept, or reject work based on codes, specifications, and quality requirements Prepare quality reports, inspection documentation, and compliance records Maintain inspection certifications, stamps, and quality documentation Assist the QA Manager with keeping quality books and records current Communicate quality findings, concerns, and recommendations with production, engineering, and leadership teams Support code compliance and quality assurance initiatives across manufacturing operations Participate in shop observations, audits, and occasional customer site evaluations Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Required Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing NDE Level II certifications required (MT, PT, Film Interpretation) Experience with ASME Section VIII Div. 1 codes Familiarity with
AWS D1.1, ASME
B31.1, and B31.3 codes Familiarity with ASME Section I codes Strong understanding of inspection standards, fabrication quality, and code compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Quality Assurance or related field Experience in electrical and assembly manufacturing Previous QA/QC leadership support experience Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of office and manufacturing shop environment Regular exposure to loud noise, dust, dirt, and metal particles Occasional visits to customer job sites may be required PPE required in production environments Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while completing reports and documentation Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Ability to move throughout plant and field environments as needed Why You ll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Three-day weekend work schedule Weekly pay Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity High-impact quality leadership role Work with a respected industrial manufacturing team Ready to Apply?
