Job Title:
Cleanroom Quality Technician Job Description Join our team as a Cleanroom Quality Technician, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and be a part of the growing semiconductor industry. We welcome both entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and experienced professionals with experience in quality inspection or control. Responsibilities Conduct visual inspections to verify part cosmetic quality, check incoming and outgoing part quantities, confirm part and serial number identification, and generate non-conformance reports as needed. Measure ceramic, metal, and quartz parts for dimensions, roughness, thickness, and weight using precision instruments such as CMM, profilometers, microscopes, gauges, and weight scales. Ensure all parts meet dimension and quality standards by following product Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Maintain daily equipment checklists and sign-offs. Follow Document Control Procedures in relation to ISO compliance. Plan and execute hourly tasks and assignments related to product Turn-Around-Time (TAT). Ensure overall product quality assurance through comprehensive product inspections. Monitor process and equipment parameters such as temperature and power. Document inspection results and report nonconforming products to appropriate staff. Essential Skills Attention to detail. Proactive attitude and mindset. Production experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment. Ability to communicate and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency in operating MS Suite. Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Occasional bending and squatting to reach difficult areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications Cleanroom experience. Quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with chemical handling, semiconductor manufacturing processes, and quality assurance. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a brand new, clean facility with a cleanroom production floor housing multiple chemical lines and machines. Training will be provided across all production areas, and you'll be assigned to one area at a time. The working schedule includes a two-week training period on a Monday to Friday schedule, followed by a shift from Wednesday to Saturday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
