At Riverpoint you will be part of the process that brings great technology to Medical, Dental and Veterinary markets. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of premium medical devices. Our ingenuity can be found in our suture technologies, sports medicine fibers and anchors, surgical lighting, and special needle technologies. The Quality Inspector will work with production to support all aspects of quality assurance and control. This role is responsible for testing and inspecting products as directed by the Quality Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform duties and tasks assigned by the Quality Manager Perform finished goods and in process inspections to ensure overall quality requirements are met as directed Manage multiple priorities and timelines to ensure Production schedules are maintained Testing Animal Health and Orthopedics products Perform label quality control to verify and approve labeling requirements per product requirements Perform sampling based visual inspection to ensure product meets product specifications Collaborate with other Quality team members and cross-functional personnel to address identified issues Execute good documentation practices (GDP) while performing responsibilities Education and Qualifications Ability to read and understand documentation relating to the manufacture and inspections of all products Ability to effectively communicate in English orally, through writing and interact with assembly technicians Computer skills, including Word and Excel Able to lift up to 25lbs in the course of performing job function High School Diploma/GED Preferred Previous QC experience preferred but not required We offer great benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision, Life and Accidental Death Insurance; 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting, Paid Time Off and 9 company paid holidays .
