Performs all necessary quality testing for in-process and composites as required by SKU. Follows work instructions regarding testing, reporting, non-conforming product, etc. Enters data and test results into IFS daily and into excel spreadsheets as needed. Communicates regularly with mill operator, shift supervisor, production manager and quality manager on any changes to test results, in-process testing, etc. Calibration of all QC lab equipment. Conduct product sampling and testing. Record and report results accurately. Follow safety and environmental guidelines. Maintain lab equipment and cleanliness. Assist with data entry and quality documentation. Additional duties as assigned
