Job Description

Job Summary Noble Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Quality Control. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting thorough quality audits, and ensuring that manufacturing processes meet rigorous quality assurance criteria. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for improvement, prevent defects, and ensure that every product leaving the facility exceeds customer expectations. Shift:
1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm pay rate $19.00 2nd shift Monday-Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am pay rate $19.50 Responsibilities Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock levels. Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Identify and report discrepancies such as damaged, misplaced, or missing items. Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to resolve inventory issues. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update inventory records. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of goods according to company standards. Assist in process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce errors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years in warehouse inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality systems, including QA/QC procedures and industry standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment as needed. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions Experience conducting quality audits and inspections within a manufacturing setting Familiarity with data collection tools and software used for tracking quality metrics Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and documenting findings clearly For more information call 732-710-1021 or 909-371-9478
