Job Summary Noble Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Quality Control. Shift:

1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm pay rate $19.00 2nd shift Monday-Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am pay rate $19.50 Responsibilities Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock levels. Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Identify and report discrepancies such as damaged, misplaced, or missing items. Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to resolve inventory issues. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update inventory records. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of goods according to company standards. Assist in process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce errors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years in warehouse inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of quality systems, including QA/QC procedures and industry standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
