This role is essential to ensuring every part that leaves our facility meets the exact specifications listed on technical drawings. Responsibilities Inspect finished parts to verify they meet all dimensional and quality specifications Use measurement tools and inspection equipment to confirm tolerances Perform digital inspections Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer requirements Document inspection results and communicate any discrepancies to the production team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area Work closely with machinists and fabricators to ensure quality standards are met consistently Requirements Experience inspecting machined or fabricated parts in a manufacturing or machine shop environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerance callouts Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) PolyWorks or Keyence IMX experience preferred Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Working Conditions Work is performed in a manufacturing shop environment, with occasional exposure to noise, dust, and other typical factory conditions. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods. Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling heavy materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Full-time Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate Telford, PA 18969: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
