Shift:

1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Pay Range:

$20 to $24/hr. (final rate based on experience & interview)

This is not a train as you go role; you must have prior QA Inspection/Assurance experience.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in a quality control or assurance role Proficient with Vernier, Dial, and Digital Calipers (significant caliper use required) Experience with QA systems and interpreting blueprints/specs NDT (ultrasonic or dye penetrant testing) and micrometer experience a plus ISO company experience preferred (certification not required)

Core Responsibilities:

Inspect and test structural steel parts for bridges, cranes, and other large components Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to verify dimensions and tolerances Perform first article, in process, final, and receiving inspections Compare finished parts against blueprints and quality standards; document findings Accept, reject, or hold product and communicate results to the production team Maintain accurate inspection records in the company's QA system

Requirements:

Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to new processes Must pass background check and drug screen (at no cost to you) Steel toe footwear required; all other PPE provided
