$20.00 to $25.00/hr. | Based on experience

Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 4:30

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is NOT a training position . We're looking for someone who can jump in, take ownership, and keep the accounting side of the operation moving. Manage daily Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable functions Enter, review, process, and reconcile invoices Process invoices through ERP and company-specific software Generate and maintain accurate financial reports Enter and process payroll Track jobs, shipments, and related financial information Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Register with OneSource today to open the door to opportunity! www.

WHAT YOU BRING

Previous AR/AP and accounting experience - REQUIRED Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing environment Payroll experience is a PLUS Reliable work history - longevity with previous employers is critical for serious consideration

GOOD TO KNOW

This is an office position within a production/manufacturing facility . Steel-toe footwear is required outside of the office/administrative areas. Required safety equipment and PPE are provided. Background and drug screening are required as part of the eligibility process. All pre-employment screening is completed at NO COST to the applicant.
