• Data Center Quality Assurance Inspectors
• in •North Las Vegas, NV•.

Job responsibilities include and are not limited to the following: + Inspect building systems, including mechanical and electrical, for compliance with contract requirements and industry standards. + Review contractor shop drawings and submittals to confirm alignment with project specifications. + Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, confirming proper functionality and performance. + Identify and report non-conformances, coordinating with contractors and engineers to implement corrective actions. + Maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records for quality control and compliance tracking. + Oversee corrective actions for unacceptable construction work and support final inspections, punch lists, and project closeouts. + Witness and document critical tests, such as pressure tests, leak tests, and system start-ups. + Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and equipment installations to confirm adherence to project specifications. + Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other inspectors to resolve issues. + Maintain professionalism in attire and communication during all time on site and in meetings. + Represent the Client in alignment with contract requirements and project deliverables. + Coordinate client Outage / Shutdown Procedure. + Coordinate GC Workplan and advise if the construction contractor fails to promptly remove, correct, or replace unacceptable construction work, and assess any delays caused by such failure.

• Qualifications
• Minimum Requirements + BA/BS + four years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

+ 7 years of experience with construction and/or quality management. + CQM or other professional certifications. + Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.

• + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. + Relocation is not available for this position. + Potential up to 90% travel anywhere in US.
