Your opportunity Dillon's Contaminant Assessment & Management discipline is looking for a Senior Hazardous Materials Specialist to fill an existing vacancy within our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience. This position could be based at our Calgary, Edmonton, Chatham, Guelph, Kitchener, London, Windsor, Downtown Toronto, North York, Hamilton, Oakville, Ottawa, with preference in Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton, Halifax, Sydney, St. John's offices. Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Hazardous Materials Management, Environmental or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years' demonstrable experience conducting all aspects of hazardous materials work, and in particular large scale complex asbestos survey and abatement projects for industry and government clients. Enthusiastic and positive attitude and commitment to technical excellence Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Must be able to read, comprehend and proof-read written reports and correspondence.
