This role is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through inspections at various stages of production, as well as supporting quality assurance processes and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product conformance to specifications Receive and inspect incoming raw materials; complete receiving reports and properly label materials Prepare and maintain inspection and quality documentation in accordance with customer and internal requirements Adhere to all safety, manufacturing, and quality assurance procedures Support compliance with
ISO 9001
standards, including participation in audit preparation and related activities Qualifications & Skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and industry standards Strong mathematical, mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, optical comparators, and hardness testers Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow detailed instructions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a job shop or similar manufacturing environment preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off
