cleanroom environment and requires strict adherence to cleanroom protocols. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive visual inspections of optical components to detect surface defects, scratches, chips, or other anomalies. Utilize precision measurement tools and equipment to assess optical characteristics, dimensions, and tolerances. Document inspection findings accurately and comprehensively, maintaining detailed records and reports for quality assurance purposes. Operate within and maintain an

cleanroom environment, following all cleanroom procedures and contamination control standards. Perform proper gowning procedures prior to entering the cleanroom. Complete required cleaning procedures and housekeeping protocols before exiting the cleanroom each day. Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality and inspection processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related experience preferred. Experience in optical inspection, manufacturing, or precision inspection environments preferred. Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify microscopic defects. Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPE for extended periods. Work Environment
