Description:
Responsibilities & Duties Develop and maintain inspection reports Perform inspection across all stages of production and receiving Inspect and measure products according to quality standards, and drawing specifications Ensure products comply with company and customer requirements Ensure gauges, tools, and equipment are calibrated before use Document nonconforming material / quality issues Work closely with Quality Engineers Maintain all records / documentation of all inspections and potential issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection Experience performing detailed product inspection using drawings and specifications Ability to perform and interpret First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) Experience with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth gauges Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Good organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
