Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and improving product quality by implementing rigorous quality control processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations while working with advanced measurement tools and quality systems. Duties Perform comprehensive quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met. Conduct quality audits and assessments to verify compliance across manufacturing processes. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions within quality management systems. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive measures. Participate in internal and external audits related to quality systems, providing necessary documentation and insights. Assist in the development, review, and improvement of quality procedures in accordance with industry standards. Skills Attention to detail. Excellent analysis skills for interpreting measurement data and identifying trends or deviations. Knowledge of quality management principles including QA/QC processes, quality audits, and continuous improvement strategies. Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and control checks within fast-paced manufacturing settings. Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments to uphold high-quality standards. This position is integral to ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products through rigorous quality assurance practices in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
