Maintenance Technician / Crew Lead (Lawn & Landscape) 3R Outdoor•Bean Station, TN Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 7:30am-5:00pm • This is not a clock-in / clock-out job. We're building a high-performing team and are looking for motivated people who want to work hard, grow fast, and earn more responsibility and pay over time. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to go, and want a clear path to advancement — keep reading. If you're looking for an easy job or just a paycheck, this won't be a fit. What You'll Do Lawn maintenance and property upkeep Work efficiently as part of a small, high-standard crew Learn equipment operation and jobsite systems Take ownership of quality, safety, and professionalism Who We're Looking For Strong work ethic and good attitude (non-negotiable) Reliable, punctual, and coachable Detail-oriented and physically capable of outdoor work Wants to grow into leadership and higher pay •Experience is NOT required — we train the right people. • Low effort, unreliable applicants will not last here. Pay & Performance Ladder We believe in earning raises through performance, not time served.
Entry Technician:
$15•17/hr (Training phase, learning systems and expectations)
Skilled Technician:
$17•19/hr (Consistent quality, efficiency, reliability)
Crew Lead:
$20•22+/hr (Leadership, jobsite responsibility, training others) Raises are based on: Attendance & reliability Quality of work Speed & efficiency Attitude and leadership Top performers advance quickly.
