Job Description
Quality Technician Allegiant Manufacturing | Gallatin, TN Allegiant Manufacturing, a leading provider of metal stamping, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and machining solutions, is seeking a Quality Technician to join our team in Gallatin, Tennessee. Holiday Pay & 401(k) Eligibility on Day One Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days Stable, growing manufacturing environment Opportunities for training and career development What You'll Do Perform inspections of stamped and fabricated metal parts Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Use measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gages, and specialty gages Complete first-piece inspections and dimensional layouts Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment Maintain quality records and documentation Support customer quality requirements and PPAP activities What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Two years of quality inspection, manufacturing, or related experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of GD&T Experience with CMMs, 3D scanning, and PolyWorks Internal auditing experience Manufacturing quality systems experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with precision measuring equipment, and want to play a key role in maintaining product quality, apply today and join the Allegiant Manufacturing team.
