$21.73/hr - $26.18/hr (Based on experience and qualifications) Lead Audio Quality Control Technician Are you an audio expert with an ear for detail and a passion for perfection? LMG is hiring a Lead Audio Quality Control Technician to ensure our professional audio gear meets the highest standards before heading to major concerts, conferences, and live productions. From troubleshooting mixing consoles to mentoring technicians in the warehouse, you will serve as the final checkpoint that keeps our events sounding flawless. What You'll Be Doing As the Lead Audio Quality Control Technician, you will oversee audio gear preparation and performance checks while supporting warehouse operations and technician development.Audio Equipment Testing:
Inspect and test professional-grade audio systems to ensure optimal sound performanceTroubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues before shipping to showsInventory Oversight:
Organize and track all audio gear while coordinating availability and maintenance schedulesDocumentation and Standards:
Maintain accurate QC logs, checklists, and repair reports to ensure process consistencyTeam Leadership:
Mentor warehouse staff and assist in technician training to uphold LMG's technical standardsLogistics and Support:
Help manage consumables, organize gear storage, and assist with local deliveries as needed What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of audio engineering, including PA systems, mixing consoles, and signal flow Ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical documentation A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in warehouse operations or inventory control is a plus Why Join LMG?Creative Impact:
