Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that products meet strict quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our production processes, uphold safety protocols, and deliver exceptional quality to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where precision, accuracy, and continuous improvement are valued. Duties Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions aligned with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality systems such as ISO standards and QA/QC processes. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards including
ISO 13485
(medical devices), GMP, FDA regulations, and legal requirements applicable to manufacturing. Proficiency in using measurement instruments like coordinate measuring machines (CMM), height gauges, dial indicators, and vision inspection systems. Mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and problem-solving related to dimensional measurements and quality issues. Basic math skills necessary for precise measurement calculations and data interpretation. Excellent attention to detail along with effective communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating across teams. Join us in ensuring the highest standards of product quality!
