Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $17.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Second Shift (Monday through Saturday from 04:00pm to 01:00am) Inspect printed garments for quality, identifying defects, print issues, or inconsistencies before orders are packed. Count, sort, and accurately pack finished apparel according to customer order specifications. Complete production paperwork and quality documentation with a high level of accuracy. Stage finished orders for the next department while maintaining organization and production flow. Follow all safety, quality control, and production procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Belt Catcher 2nd

Qualifications:

Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues. Strong organizational and counting skills with the ability to accurately process and pack customer orders. Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish, both verbally and in writing, for workplace safety and operational requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, stand for extended periods, and work comfortably in a warm manufacturing setting. Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, screen printing, printing press operations, packing, or production manufacturing is preferred.
