quality management system. Interpret mechanical blueprints and manufacturing documents accurately to assess conformance with design specifications. Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles for precise inspection of complex components. Collect and analyze data related to dimensional measurements, visual inspections, and process deviations to identify root causes of quality issues. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall quality systems. Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and quality assurance reports for audit purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of

quality systems. Proficiency in using measuring instruments including height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other precision measurement tools. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing documents accurately. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards and dimensional measurement techniques. Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify deviations from quality standards quickly. Basic math skills for precise measurement calculations and data analysis. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
