Job Scope The Quality Assurance Operator inspects, processes and dispositions semi-finished/finished goods inventory and verifies batches meet acceptance criteria.
Day Shift:
Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Duties/Responsibilities Inspects, processes, and dispositions incoming finished goods inventory. Reviews data and documentation for completeness and acceptance criteria. Accurately and completely enters data into SAP. Creates Non-Conforming Reports (NCRs) for products, materials or data out of specification Dispositions NCRs following disposition from Quality Engineer Determines finished goods inventory priorities, monitors cell throughput, and tracks the status of finish goods inventory by using and following established methods (Hot List, FIFO). Completes required training on time. Ensures that semi-finished/finished batches meet acceptance criteria. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. 6 months - 1 year of applicable manufacturing experience required, prior inspection experience preferred. Ability to use scanning equipment. Computer literacy required. Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications related to manufactured products. Knowledge and ability to use standard problem-solving techniques. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Good organizational skills - Maintain an organized, neat, and clean work environment. Proficiency with MS Office required (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to work independently, within a team structure. Highly detail oriented with a strong focus on quality.
