Temp RPM Staffing is looking for an admin assistant for the QA department at a warehouse in Bonham, TX!
Shift:
Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm (Some production needs may require mandatory overtime including some Saturdays)
Pay :
$19-24/hr
Responsibilities:
Overseas and manages all aspects of assigned area that include but are not limited to: Ensure a safe working environment while abiding and enforcing Safety Policies. Responsible as the QT9 Admin which includes document control, Engineering change notices, Employee changes, users, quality alerts, NCP's, process improvements, MRM, and multiple other functions required. Responsible for the processing and completion of all revisions, ECN, NCP's, SCAR, and process improvements within the organization and the follow-up for non-completion and reporting to the QSM of the status of closures. Prepares reporting for QSM for distribution to departments on quality metrics and performance goals. Responsible for preparing customer responses when complaints or questions arise and does have some customer interface. Prepares work instructions and revisions when engineering or customer has not supplied appropriate corrections. Performs daily testing control panels for paint line and logs to JF. Prepares and scans all inspection forms from assembly departments as required by the customers. Assist the QSM manager in the day-to-day auditing of the QMS/EMS systems. Performs inspections and audits on processes directed by the QSM manager to support production or the QMS system audit schedule. Provides audit support for ISO and customer audits.
