Quality Control Technician Vida Group International El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Bachelor's degree Full Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Technician for our client to support laboratory testing and quality inspection activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both laboratory and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Prepare samples for testing using methods such as weighing, mixing, melting, polishing, and other applicable techniques. Perform testing using laboratory and analytical testing equipment. Conduct incoming raw material, in-process, and final product inspections. Identify, document, and manage nonconforming or rejected materials. Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and quality documentation. Record test and inspection results in applicable systems and databases. Perform routine equipment checks, calibration verification, and basic laboratory maintenance. Maintain retained samples, laboratory materials, and testing supplies. Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other quality improvement activities. Assist with corrective and preventive actions related to quality issues. Communicate test results and quality concerns to appropriate internal teams. Follow established quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Perform other quality and laboratory-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish). Experience in quality control, quality assurance, or laboratory testing. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with laboratory testing and analytical equipment is a plus. Familiarity with applicable
ISO / IATF
quality standards. ERP experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
