Available Benefits Help for . Provides administrative and operational support for Testing Services in the South Service Area by coordinating, scheduling, administering, and proctoring a variety of standardized and institutional examinations. Ensures compliance with testing regulations, maintains testing security and confidentiality, assists examinees through the testing process, maintains accurate records, and provides exceptional customer service while supporting daily testing center operations.

Education and Experience :

A high school diploma or GED required. with two years of wage-earning clerical experience or certification/successful completion or (30 college credit hours).

Knowledge Skills and Ability :

Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and security practices.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of testing materials, records, and student information.

Ability to exercise sound judgment while enforcing testing rules and procedures.

Ability to remain calm, professional, and objective when addressing testing irregularities.

Ability to learn and effectively use online testing platforms to administer examinations through Testing Services.

Ability to learn and use multiple testing platforms and student information systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and internet-based applications.

Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interact effectively with students, the public, faculty,

Essential Functions:

Successfully complete all required testing vendor certifications and institutional proctor training within the prescribed training period and maintain certifications as required.

Schedule testing appointments; communicate testing requirements and procedures to students, faculty, and external testing candidates; coordinate testing accommodations when applicable; and serve as a primary point of contact for Testing Services.

Collect testing fees and process required documentation in accordance with college financial procedures.

Administer and proctor standardized, certification, placement, and institutional examinations, including the TSI Assessment, HESI A2, National Healthcareer Association (NHA) certification exams, and other approved institutional or third-party examinations.

Verify examinee identity and eligibility, inspect permitted testing materials, monitor testing sessions for compliance with testing rules, document testing irregularities, and report suspected violations in accordance with established procedures.

Ensure the security, integrity, confidentiality, and proper handling of all testing materials, electronic testing platforms, testing records, and personally identifiable student information in accordance with institutional policies and testing vendor requirements.

Maintain accurate testing records, rosters, score reports, and electronic documentation; enter examination results into institutional systems; reconcile testing documentation; and prepare reports as required.

Maintain testing supplies and equipment, support special testing events, and perform other duties as assigned.
