Spherion is looking for detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technicians to join our production team. In this role, you will help maintain our rigorous food safety and product quality standards across our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine quality inspections on raw and processed poultry products. Monitor critical control points (CCPs) to ensure full HACCP, USDA, and GMP compliance. Check production line temperatures, weights, packaging seals, and product labeling. Collect product samples for laboratory testing and maintain precise inspection logs. Report quality or safety deviations immediately to management and assist with corrective actions.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Skills:

Previous QC or QA experience in a manufacturing environment (food processing or poultry preferred).

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years
