Job Description

40/hrs per week 8am
  • 3/4pm + 2 Saturdays a Month We are looking for a motivated individual ready to Join a small but growing team in the produce industry.
Job position is for part-time, But looking for someone that can grow with our team and transition into a full time position.
Duties:
  • Perform quality control inspections on various commodities at main warehouse and surrounding warehouses.
  • Ensure that products meet specified quality standards and requirements.
  • Collect and record data from inspections for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Identify and document any defects or non-conformities found during inspections.
  • Collaborate with operations to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication with other quality control inspectors to ensure smooth all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and scales.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and record data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
