  • Responsibilities for a Credit Quality Analyst include but are not limited to:
  • + Identify, analyze, and escalate quality assurance findings while ensuring timely communication through appropriate channels.

+ Drive defect remediation efforts, partner with business teams and risk partners, and recommend process control improvements to strengthen the control environment.

+ Assess adherence to policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks, identifying opportunities for control enhancements in complex environments.

+ Utilize analytical skills and credit operations expertise to evaluate processes, communicate findings to management, and support strategic business objectives.

  • Candidates for Credit Quality Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • + Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Banking or Mortgage Operations; Syndicated Lending experience preferred.

+ Experience with Loan IQ, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance functions preferred.

+ Some college coursework completed, preferably 2 years or more of college education.

+ Strong Microsoft Excel skills along with excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building communication abilities.
