Job description:

Performs statistical analysis using quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction data. Prepares and distributes accurate and timely reports on program performance. Stays current on reporting agency standards and quality techniques in health care. Investigates quality or safety concerns raised by staff, patients, or families and takes appropriate action. Supports infection control initiatives and patient safety projects. Contributes to performance improvement and quality assurance processes. Upholds high standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior. Promotes a customer-focused environment using ServiceFirst behaviors during interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.

Academic Requirements:

Master of Health Sciences or related field required.

Advanced degree accepted: Master or Doctoral degree (MPH or MHA preferred).

Experience Requirements:

Three years of work experience. Experience coordinating projects or programs preferred. Experience with Uniform Data System preferred. Experience in data analysis required.

Certifications:

Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) from an AHA hospitalbased program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Analytical abilities. Knowledge of medical terminology. Above-average verbal communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Word and personal computer use. Bilingual skills preferred. Strong computer experience and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Salary:

$73,756.80

•$95,929.60.
