standards and the ability to conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications. Experience inspecting solder joints, component placement, wiring, and mechanical integration is essential. Familiarity with documentation practices, non-conformance reporting, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be conducting visual PCBA inspections and paperwork verification at our client's supplier(s) Ensure PCBA products meet quality and specification standards, verifying proper component placement, solder joints, and other assembly specifications Inspect soldering, component orientation, and component placement for accuracy, as per design and

standards Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.) Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects Interpret PCBA manufacturing drawings, circuit board layouts, and identify non-conformances Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized and compliant with safety regulations Required Qualifications Knowledge of PCBA assembly methods and processes Familiarity with

standards Minimum 3 years of experience as a PCBA Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields Ability to read PCB assembly schematics, and circuit diagrams, and identify electronic components Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC) Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills Mileage reimbursement at the US gov't rate ($0.78 per mile driven).
