Job Summary The Quality Control Technician is responsible for supporting the company's Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs to ensure that dietary supplement products, components, packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products meet established specifications and applicable FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements under 21 CFR Part 111 . The Quality Control Technician performs inspections, sampling, testing, documentation review, environmental and facility monitoring, and other quality-related activities. The position works closely with Production, Warehouse, and Quality personnel to identify and prevent quality issues and ensure that products are manufactured and controlled in accordance with established procedures and specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working on a manufacturing floor, and understands the importance of accurate documentation and following written procedures. Duties & Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and finished-product inspections and testing. Collect and document samples of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. Review COAs, specifications, batch records, and other quality documentation for accuracy and completeness. Monitor production and packaging activities for compliance with approved SOPs, specifications, and cGMP requirements. Perform environmental monitoring, sanitation inspections, and routine facility quality checks. Verify calibration status and proper operation of measuring and testing equipment. Identify, document, and report nonconformances, deviations, and other quality issues; assist with investigations and CAPA. Part 111 . Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in science, food science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, pharmaceutical science, or a related field preferred. Experience 4-6 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, food manufacturing, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory testing, or a related manufacturing environment preferred. Entry-level candidates with appropriate education, laboratory experience, or GMP training may be considered.

Pay:

$20.50 - $24.25 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
