Submittal Quality Assurance Technician | Springville, UT Nexeo Staffing is looking for a reliable Quality Assurance Technician to join a busy manufacturing team in Springville, UT. Responsibilities Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Accurately document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions in quality logs and systems Support production teams by identifying quality issues and escalating concerns promptly to leadership or QA management Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company quality policies Conduct basic testing, sampling, and measurements using standard QA tools and equipment Assist with investigations related to non-conforming products and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment Work flexible and non-traditional hours, including overnight and weekend shifts, to support production needs Qualifications Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a nutraceutical, dietary supplement, food, or regulated manufacturing environment required Basic understanding of GMPs, quality procedures, and inspection processes Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards Comfortable working independently during off-shift hours with minimal supervision Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and data entry Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Flexible availability to work a rotating, non-traditional schedule including weekends Fluent in English (written and verbal) required, including strong reading, writing, and speaking skills Pay $17.00- $18.00 Per Hour Schedule Day Shift | 4:00am
