Our team of 85 holds AS9100 certification and operates to the standards our customers demand. The Role Hands-on QA Inspector responsible for first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspection of precision machined and fabricated parts. You know GD&T, you know your tools, and you don't need to be trained from scratch. What You'll Do Inspection

• Perform first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspections to customer drawing and specification requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T callouts, and customer notes to determine accept/reject criteria.
• Use CMM equipment, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and optical comparators to verify dimensional compliance.
• Document inspection results in travelers, inspection reports, and our ERP system. Aerospace Documentation and Compliance
• Verify jobs are documented to AS9100 and customer flow-down requirements before release -- certs, traceability records, and shipping documentation.
• Review material certifications, special process certs, and outside processing documentation for accuracy and compliance. What We're Looking For Required
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on QA inspection experience in CNC machining, precision fabrication, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T callouts without assistance.
• Proficient with CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and optical comparators.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 requirements as they apply to inspection documentation and traceability.
• Detail-oriented and methodical, you don't cut corners when the schedule gets tight. Strong Plus
• CMM software experience: CMM-Manager, PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar.
• Familiarity with AMS, ASTM, MIL-SPEC, or customer-specific aerospace flow-down requirements.

Pay Range:

$25.00 - $32.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday. First or second shift available. Occasional overtime as needed.
