Summary Atlas Staffing is hiring a Quality Assurance Auditor I for a manufacturing company in Liberty Lake, WA. This role supports incoming quality inspection, product evaluation, and process auditing to ensure materials meet established manufacturing drawings, purchase order requirements, and quality standards. Role Purpose The Quality Assurance Auditor I inspects incoming materials to confirm they meet required specifications before being used in production. This position also provides technical support for quality and reliability concerns, documents inspection results, and helps identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Responsibilities Follow established incoming inspection procedures and quality standards. Inspect incoming materials using purchase order information, manufacturing drawings, internal standards, and appropriate measuring equipment. Evaluate products returned due to defects or other quality concerns and document findings. Identify accepted and rejected materials using the appropriate labeling process. Complete incoming inspection transactions in Epicor and document measuring equipment used. Communicate rejected material information to the appropriate purchasing contact and generate DMR reports. Close DMR and RMA records in the system when required. Conduct operational process audits and record findings in the appropriate database. Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to Quality leadership. Maintain the Quality Assurance work area and inspection equipment. Follow proper material handling procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. Use equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck when required. Support routine work area cleanup. Adapt to changing production demands and schedules. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1 to 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and schematics preferred. Telecommunications product knowledge is a plus. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and supporting team and management decisions. Ability to work effectively with a diverse employee population. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may include moving mechanical equipment, fumes, airborne particles, industrial chemicals, vibration, radiant heat, and varying noise levels. Pay $20 to $22 per hour. Available Shifts Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Why You Will Love It Consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule.
