Supplier Quality Representative (SQR) will need to be an on project Mechanical qualified individual qualified under the suppliers safety program and the project safety requirements necessary in order to use PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) filtered air personnel protective equipment. The scope includes monitoring material transfer operations, witnessing weighing activities, and collecting samples of GFR chemicals in both solid and liquid forms.
