Position Summary We are working alongside out aerospace manufacturing client who's seeking a prominent Quality Inspector to provide assistance and direction to use predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to perform in-process and completed inspections of products. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Perform quality inspection duties, including hardness testing procedures. Observe and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods in all job assignments Support Quality Inspectors 2-4 as directed Enter data using Syteline/ESU or other ERP system as directed Arrange inspection work queues to identify priority work, and move completed work to next staging area Identify and segregate non-conforming product Conduct product verification in accordance with inspection plans Learn and develop knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment including, but not limited to: micrometers, height gauges, radius gauges, protractors, profilometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, surface plates, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)/Scanners Maintain attention to detail and follow instructions in all aspects of work Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent required 2-3+ years of aerospace inspection experience or equivalent Experience performing hardness testing is a must Good knowledge and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) methods per

ASM 14.5

Proficiency with inspection measuring equipment (micrometers, gauges, profilometers, indicators, CMM/Scanners, etc.) Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong blueprint reading and basic math skills Good manual dexterity Ability to communicate professionally and work cooperatively with others Strong attention to detail Basic English language skills with the ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions Willingness to learn, receive training, and train others as required
