Quality Inspector-1st or 3rd Shift Butler, WI Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Defect detection (quality control) Finished product defect inspection Blueprint specification interpretation ISO standards ERP systems Mid-level Inspection reporting and documentation Shop math High school diploma or GED Dimensional measurements Math Quality control documentation Precision measurement in machining Data entry Quality standards in production 1 year Manufacturing Coordinate measuring machine Full Job Description Elevate Your Career in Medical Device Manufacturing Under the general supervision of the VP or Manager of Quality, the Quality Inspector is responsible to insure that parts being produced meet the specifications and standards provided by our customers. Inspectors will perform routine repetitive inspection activities using predetermined and prescribed methods and procedures on products with sample analysis, and document the quality activities in support of the quality department. The above mentioned activities are required to all MRPC to maintain our
ISO 13485

Key Responsibilities:
Precision Inspection:
Perform routine floor inspections using blueprints, inspection guides, and customer specifications.
Data Integrity:
Input and maintain accurate inspection data via Inspection Process Sheets and Excel.
Quality Control:
Identify non-conforming products, issue MRBs through our ERP system, and communicate findings directly with Production Supervisors.
Collaboration:
Provide visual inspection (VIC) guidance to floor operators to maintain high standards throughout the shift. What You Bring to the
Table:
Experience:
1-3 years of dedicated Quality Inspection experience (required).
Technical Literacy:
Ability to read blueprints/drawings, including tolerance blocks and revision levels.
Measurement Mastery:
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, scales, and computerized optical comparators.
Math Skills:
Strong shop math skills, including English/Metric conversions and decimal/fraction notation.
Tech Savvy:
Basic Excel skills for data entry and file management.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with
ISO 9000/13485
fundamentals or CMM experience.
Education & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Excellent color vision and attention to detail. Ability to work independently under limited supervision. Ready to Apply?
