September 10th, 2026 Summary The Quality Technician will perform inspections and testing, document quality results, identify non-conforming material, and work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve issues. Key Activities Inspecting, sampling, testing, and weighing product to ensure they meet specifications. Receiving, testing, and releasing raw materials and finished products. Identifying non-compliant products and initiating hold procedures. Observing production processes and adjusting when necessary to maintain quality. Conducting allergen testing and monitoring critical control points (CCPs) daily. Performing and documenting pre-operation inspections and routine audits. Supporting customer, SQF, third-party, and internal audits. Reviewing product labels for accuracy and compliance. Upholding all GMP, HACCP, personal hygiene, and safety protocols. Pitching in on other QA tasks as assigned. Preferred Skills Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs., standing, walking, bending, and climbing as needed. Ability to navigate between production floor and office tasks. Strong communication skills-written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Educations & Experience Experience in a food manufacturing QA role with working knowledge of HACCP and GMPs is preferred. AA degree in a science-related field (preferred, not required).
