Lincoln Wood Products is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Department in Merrill, Wisconsin. In this role, you will ensure our high-end, custom windows and patio doors consistently exceed customer expectations. You will monitor quality across all manufacturing stages, manage our inspection programs, and actively implement continuous improvements to support our legacy of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspections and Audits Conduct required quality audits to comply with our QMS manual. Measure, test, & audit incoming raw materials, in-process assemblies, & final products. Document any raw material variances and support tracking of supplier issues.

Testing & Calibration:

Perform in-house product performance and mechanical cycle testing. Ensure products meet necessary industry regulations and structural standards. Calibrate and maintain all plant gauges and precision measuring tools.

Analysis & Problem Solving:

Utilize Statistical Process Control, Cause-Effect diagrams, & Root Cause Analysis. Partner with plant quality engineers & managers to investigate internal quality issues. Provide technical troubleshooting & hands-on support across manufacturing depts.

Safety & Standards:

Promote an individual and group safety culture while maintaining high efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong ability to accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints. Proven problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking. Exceptional attention to detail and sharp organizational skills. Clear oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Basic computer proficiency (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
