Monroe, WI Join Our Team! We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Equipment Operator to join our recycling operations team in Monroe, WI. This position plays a key role in the recycling process by receiving, identifying, weighing, and processing incoming metal materials. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service at the scale by greeting customers and processing incoming materials. Accurately identify and inspect recyclable materials. Weigh materials and enter customer and product information into the system. Complete customer transactions and issue payments as required. Operate equipment such as forklifts, balers, and other machinery used in the recycling process. Organize and move materials to designated locations. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Environment This position works in a recycling yard and warehouse setting. The environment can be dusty, dirty, and exposed to various weather conditions throughout the year.
Qualifications Required:
Customer service experience Forklift experience
Preferred:
