Wire EDM Operator

Position Summary The Wire EDM Operator / Programmer is responsible for producing sub‑micron‑tolerance components using advanced EDM machining systems. This role owns the process from programming and setup through inspection and mentorship , supporting the company's commitment to achieving what others cannot. Core Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate Wire EDM and Sinker EDM machines Achieve sub‑micron tolerances on exotic and difficult‑to‑machine materials Utilize advanced CAD/CAM systems Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specifications Perform complete machine setups, fixturing, tooling, and offsets Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and in‑process inspections Troubleshoot machining and process issues Mentor junior machinists and reinforce best practices Ensure compliance with ITAR and

AS/ISO 9100
