Job Title:
Quality Inspector Job Description Join our dynamic team dedicated to ensuring excellence in quality assurance and compliance. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in supporting non-conforming material processes, corrective actions, customer feedback records, calibration, internal audits, and work instructions. You will also engage in electrical testing and analysis using a network analyzer. Responsibilities Support non-conforming material processes and corrective actions. Maintain customer feedback records and calibration documentation. Conduct internal audits and develop work instructions. Perform electrical testing and analysis using a network analyzer. Conduct final inspections using micrometers, calipers, rulers, and blueprints. Perform quality inspections in accordance with GD&T, CMM, and ISO standards. Conduct electrical inspections, including electrical crimping and wiring. Engage in quality assurance for aerospace industry products. Essential Skills Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and rulers. Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints. Ability to perform electrical inspections and testing. Knowledge of GD&T, CMM, VSWR, VOP, RF, and ISO standards. Minimum 2 years of quality inspecting lead experience. Minimum 2 years of experience with electrical properties such as VSWR, VOP, RF, and Ethernet cables. Associate degree in a relevant field. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus. Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations with fractions and decimals. Work Environment The work environment is a very clean, air-conditioned production floor, promoting a small shop, family feel with approximately 40 employees. Recently relocated to a brand-new facility near Majestic Theatre, the department consists of 5 members. The company culture is inviting and fosters a sense of community. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sussex, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
