Job Description

Ready to Power a Smarter World with us? The Principal Product Manager leads and defines the product vision and strategy for highly complex or technical portfolios. They will serve as a thought leader and mentor within the organization, aligning the product roadmap to enterprise-level business, technology and customer goals.
Major Responsibilities:
Defines the long-term product strategy and roadmap for significant product lines, integrating innovation into long-term roadmaps Drive alignment with executive leadership, ensuring enterprise-wide business objectives are met. Identifies and mitigates risks associated with product development and delivery, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions, and mentoring and coaching indirect reports such as junior product managers. Represents the organization at industry events and customer engagements, providing deep technical expertise and guidance on complex product issues to ensure technical feasibility and innovation. Focus is on significant product lines with a high level of strategic influence and technical complexity.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields Strategic vision, financial acumen, executive-level communication, and forward looking technological curiosity. Drives cross-functional collaboration across product and technology functions. Operates at the highest level of product and technology ownership, focusing on enterprise-wide impact, long-term strategy, and thought leadership within the organization.
Preferred Requirements:
Master's Degree or equivalent experience in technology or product management Experience in managing multiple large-scale and cross-functional initiatives.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
