Shift Responsibilities:

Conduct floor audits with production staff to verify quality standards and record accurate data. Inspect products utilizing gauges, coordinate measuring machines, scales, oscilloscopes, and vision systems prior to shipment. Perform gage calibration activities and incoming raw material inspections. Carry out internal audits to ensure compliance with

ISO 9001

2015 standards. Assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and work instructions, ensuring timely completion of first-piece inspections. Quality Technician 1st

Shift Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in a quality control role within a machined metals manufacturing environment. Proven ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting to meet quality and delivery goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong team orientation. Willingness to work on the shop floor alongside production machinists in a supportive capacity. Attention to detail and thoroughness; experience with CMM and programming (CMM, Keyence, SurfCom) is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database software, and order processing systems is essential.
