Job Description

Summary A local pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking to add Quality Assurance Specialists to their team. In this role you will serve as a key quality partner to manufacturing and laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards while maintaining product quality and operational excellence. Working with minimal supervision and guidance from senior team members, you'll perform on-the-floor quality oversight, review critical documentation, support investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is built into every step of the process. Responsibilities Conduct on-the-floor reviews of manufacturing and testing operations to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and internal procedures Perform documentation verifications to support manufacturing and testing records Assist with the creation, organization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality procedures and controlled documents Support internal and external audits as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated industry Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams #indMMIS
