Competitive, based on experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Welder with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Bristol, CT. This position calls for expertise in welding, fabrication, blueprint interpretation, and working with various metals in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct top-notch welding using TIG methods Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols accurately Construct, assemble, and mend metal components and structures Ensure that welds meet quality, safety, and structural standards Thoroughly inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and defects Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working order Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines Required Qualifications More than 10 years of professional welding experience Proficient in TIG welding Strong ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Attentive to detail and quality workmanship Able to work both independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Preferred Qualifications Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) Experience in industrial, structural, or manufacturing environments Previous experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in industrial environments
