We are hiring a Sewing Machine Operator to operate and maintain sewing equipment while producing quality finished products according to company standards in Chipley, Florida for $14/hour, Monday-Thursday and only some Fridays! Responsibilities Operate and adjust industrial sewing machines to sew, hem, gather, reinforce, and decorate materials Set up machines, including threading, needles, bobbins, and attachments Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Move materials to and from the workstation, following lifting guidelines Clean and maintain the machine and work area Follow all safety procedures and complete other duties as assigned Requirements Basic knowledge of sewing machine operation Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Ability to sit and perform repetitive motions for the duration of the shift Ability to perform medium physical work and lift/move materials up to 40 lbs.
