We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Stitcher / Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses primarily on sewing SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) fabric graphics in a production environment. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines Sew SEG fabric graphics accurately and consistently Inspect finished work for quality and detail Follow production schedules and instructions Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Previous sewing experience required Production or SEG experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to lift and move production materials as needed Schedule and Benefits Full-time, first shift position (overtime may be available and discussed at time of hire) Health, dental, and vision insurance with shared employee/company costs 401(k) plan available Additional Information Strong professional references will be required prior to hire
