Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Embroidery specialist to oversee the embroidery process within our manufacturing team. In this role, you will lead a team of embroidery technicians, ensure the highest quality standards are maintained, and coordinate the production of intricate embroidered designs on a variety of fabric materials. Your expertise will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and elevate the craftsmanship of our finished products. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily embroidery operations, ensuring timely completion of production schedules Lead and motivate a team of embroidery technicians, providing training on machine operation and quality standards Oversee the setup and calibration of industrial sewing machines, including embroidery machines and serging equipment Monitor fabric materials handling, ensuring proper storage, cutting, and preparation for embroidery processes Maintain strict adherence to safety standards in production areas, promoting a safe working environment for all team members Conduct dimensional measurements and quality inspections to verify embroidery accuracy and fabric integrity Implement quality control procedures aligned with industry standards in garment construction and upholstery Experience Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines, including embroidery machines and sergers Strong knowledge of measuring instruments, fabric materials, and garment sewing techniques Familiarity with sewing machine maintenance, manual fabric cutting, and materials handling processes Understanding of quality standards in production, safety protocols, and dimensional measurements in manufacturing environments Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred Knowledge of upholstery work and sewing techniques related to complex garment construction is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality output Join us to lead our embroidery team with energy and precision! Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
